Grand Argyle Resort & Villas – Hotel Policies
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
2. Reservation & Payment Policy
- A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
- A pre-authorization or advance payment may be charged depending on the selected rate plan.
- Full payment must be completed prior to check-out.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
4. Occupancy Policy
- Each room or villa has a maximum occupancy limit which must be strictly followed.
- Additional guests beyond the confirmed number may incur extra charges or be denied entry.
5. Children Policy
- Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
- Children aged 6–11 years are charged at a child rate.
- Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
6. Extra Bed Policy
- Extra beds or sofa beds are available on request and subject to availability.
- Additional charges apply per night.
7. Villa-Specific Policy
- Guests staying in villas are responsible for maintaining the property condition.
- Private facilities (e.g., pool, garden) must be used responsibly.
- Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
8. Smoking Policy
- All indoor areas, including rooms and villas, are non-smoking.
- Designated smoking areas are available.
- A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
9. Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
10. Damage & Liability
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss to resort property.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
11. Safety & Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior.
- The resort reserves the right to remove guests who violate policies or disturb others.
12. Force Majeure
- The resort is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
13. Resort Rights
- The management reserves the right to amend policies, refuse service, or cancel bookings if necessary.
